The tank must be cylindrical shell type construction with dish ends. The tank shall be made of M.S. plate conforming of 5 MM Thickness. The tank shall be provided with 1 nos. of internal stiffeners and anti surge baffles and 1 (One) man hole situated at the top of the tank. The mounting of the tank must be auxiliary frame for equal load distribution and sufficient torque resistance. The dish ends shall be made of 6 mm thick MS plates.

CONTROL

5 Nos. of BAL-Valve made out of stainless still (SS 303) shall be provided to control the vacuum /pressure system of the equipment.

VACUUM GAUGE

100 MM dia compound gaze shall be provided to guide vacuum and pressure level of the vessel.

SLUDGE INDICATOR

One no. thick transparent sludge level indicator shall be provided at the rear side.
